Earlier in the year the Citizens Advice Bureau started delivering assisted digital help at a number of libraries across the city. During these sessions they can help you with online advice, help with online services such as Manchester Move or Universal Credit and provide support in accessing their other advice services.

These sessions take place citywide, from Abraham Moss to Wythenshawe, and are proving to really popular. In the three months between July – September over 1,000 people were helped in libraries.

The service supports libraries’ existing information services, and enables us to provide additional and well valued services for our communities through partnership working with a trusted and well known advice provider.

Malak from Manchester CAB runs Digital Drop-in sessions at Gorton Library. Join her Tuesdays, 10-1pm to learn new skills and gain confidence.
