Manchester’s attractions have started to open so if you are looking for something to do, or a place to visit in Manchester this week, we have created a list of activities that can help you explore the city and beyond.

Places to see this week
The National Football Museum reopened last Thursday, and is open Thursday-Sunday during the hours of 11-4pm. Booking is encouraged and time slots are allocated.

Manchester Sightseeing Bus is currently operating Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10.30am, 12pm & 2pm. 2 day tickets can be bought online or from the driver £12, contactless payment either credit/debit cards. 12 stops.

New Manchester Walks, various dates and times, only 5 people should be allowed at any one time. All details of tours are bookable online through the website.
Tours this week:- 28/07 The Pankhursts/Suffragette City, 29/07 Knutsford in the Summer, 31/07 Manchester’s Difficult Political Past + The Secret History of Manchester, 01/08 Exploring Ancoats, 02/08 Along the Bridgewater Canal.

Manchester Guided Tours, various dates and times, only 5 people should be allowed at any one time. All details of tours are bookable online through the website.
Tours this week include:- 31/07 Mayfield 5.30pm, 01/08 Mayfield 10am + Discover Manchester 11am, 01/08 Discover Manchester 11am.

Invisible Cities Manchester Tours, Friday 1pm,Saturdays 11am & Sundays 2pm. 2 hour tour £10. Bookable online through the website. 

The Great Northern Warehouse will welcome back the Makers Market on Sunday 02/08 11am-5pm and will be offering food, drink, art and local brands. Special measures will be in place for health and safety. 

Imperial War Museum North  at The Quays is due to reopen on Saturday 1 August. Opening hours will be 10am-5p daily, entrance is ticketed and must be booked in advance.

Next week’s openings.
Scranchester Tours will be starting tours again on 05/08 each Weds, Thurs and Fri at 11am. Booking is essential and will be available for 5 people on each tour consisting of the same social bubble.

Drive in Cinema continues on Rochdale Road Car Park with 05/08 Back to the Future 2pm and Jaws 6pm, 06/08 Toy Story 2pm and Grease 6pm, 07/08 Grease Singalong 2pm and Back to the Future 6pm, 08/08 Toy Story 2pm and Joker 6pm, 09/08 Lion King 2pm and A Star is Born 6pm.
