Do you want your library books delivered to your house instead of visiting the library? This is now possible for Chorlton residents. Chorlton Bike Deliveries can now offer a home delivery of your books by bike.  The service is free within 5 kms of the Library but a small donation would be welcomed to help cover the costs of providing and maintaining the bikes. This can be done either by bank transfer, (details will be provided on a card when the books are delivered), or in cash to the cyclist when they drop off your books.

To use this service please register with Chorlton Bikes –

To make arrangements for your books to be delivered (and your current books to be collected and returned to the Library), simply use the current library  reservation system for ordering books and then either ring Chorlton Bike Deliveries on 07561 737986 or email them at chorltonbikedeliveries@gmail.com with your name and contact details and arrangements will be made for a convenient time to deliver the books to you.
