We all love to dance, chat and chill, whatever language you speak! Join us at North City Library in Harpurhey for a family friendly afternoon of games, fun and activities for International Mother Language Day 2022. Help us weave an amazing giant fabric sculpture inspired by Ghanaian kente patterns and multilingual messages of love, we have the brilliant traditional Roma storyteller Richard O’Neill, dual language Lithuanian & English Storytime for little ones, plus fantastic live merengue and bachata music and dance workshop from July Julay and his band, great crafts, games and lots more!. Suitable for all ages – particularly families and children 0-13 yrs. Light refreshments. Free event – no need to book but come early!
