Manchester Adult Education Service (part of MCC) provides courses and activities to improve the lives and skills of adults in Manchester. Their digital Skill Up sessions provide the perfect opportunity to get tailored support from qualified teachers on a range of digital issues. Whether you need help setting up a new phone, updating your Universal Credit Journal, printing tickets or writing a CV, MAES can help.
MAES offers digital Skill Up sessions in their own centres, libraries and community venues across the city. All sessions are free to GM residents aged 19+ and there is no need to book in advance – just turn up when you need to.
Here is the timetable:
Sessions happen in the following libraries: Longsight, North City, Gorton, Central, Hulme High Street and The Avenue (Blackley). All libraries offer free Internet access, Free Wi-Fi and printing. Support is provided by libraries staff, and most libraries have times of the week where extra support or training is available.
