We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled manager to lead the team and help shape the delivery of this unique and much-loved library. The role of the Central Library Manager is vital to delivering consistent, high-quality, customer-focused service for residents and visitors and is responsible for the operational delivery of the Central Library service. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in leading teams and delivering excellent customer service levels in a busy public library environment. Someone who can manage critical relationships with partners to ensure a seamless service delivery while managing and coordinating the delivery of cultural programming and activation.
