Read Manchester is sending you on a mission this summer! With the National Literacy Trust, we’ve created three great trails for you to get busy with in the holidays. We’ll have some copies in our Libraries, or you can download your own copy and get started straightaway!
- Nature Quest includes a selection of fun facts, puzzles and activities that are perfect for completing in green spaces. Complete the quest on your next trip to the park or walk in the great outdoors. Send us your acrostic poems to be entered into a prize draw!
- Secret Agent Challenge: Stop the Books Heist is an activity booklet for young spies! Your mission is to infiltrate an imaginary library and find the clues to reveal the location of the stolen books and the hidden document. Complete the mission and you will be entered into a prize draw to win a secret prize.
- The Wythenshawe Discovery Trail includes a set of questions that take you around Wythenshawe Town Centre. You can swap a completed trail for a free book at Wythenshawe Forum Library.
