Libraries at the Heart of Community Advice: How Citizens Advice Manchester Hubs Are Reaching Manchester Residents

At Citizens Advice Manchester, we know that libraries are more than just places for books, they are the heart of their communities. That’s why we’re proud to run Community Hubs in 10 libraries across Manchester, where local people can get support and advice close to home. Some of our hubs see up to 30 clients in a single session, showing just how vital these services are.

What We Offer at Our Community Hubs

Our Community Hubs are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and flexible. There’s no need to book an appointment, and you don’t need to bring anything with you.

At our hubs, you can:

A Partnership That Makes a Difference

We truly value our partnership with Manchester’s libraries. Not only do they provide the space we need to run our sessions, but the dedicated library staff go above and beyond to help residents access support and to keep things running smoothly for our team.

Together, we’re creating a stronger, more connected Manchester, one library at a time.
