A free, intergenerational programme in Harpurhey that uses creative workshops and mentoring to boost skills, employment and wellbeing while breaking down age stereotypes.

Creative Skills Pathway: Free Programme Overview
Over six engaging sessions, participants will explore:
The 5-Generation Workforce
Understanding how different age groups work together and how to navigate multigenerational environments.
Intergenerational Workspaces
What makes a workplace inclusive and collaborative across ages? Real-life examples and challenges explored.
Workplace & Life Skills
Development of transferable skills including communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
Explore Generational Diversity
Gain insight into different perspectives, challenge assumptions, and understand the value each generation brings at work.
Foster Inclusive, Intergenerational Dialogue
Use creative methods and facilitated discussions to encourage meaningful exchange between participants of different ages.
Create & Lead Your Own Project (Social Piece)
Apply learning to design, deliver, and reflect on a small project that creates social impact and demonstrates leadership.
Connect to Real-World Pathways
Engage with guest speakers and industry professionals to explore career options, volunteering opportunities, and mentorship.
Understand Social Value in Action
