Manchester Libraries are very happy to be featured as a case study for the national Centre for Aging Better.

Manchester library service wanted to help reduce social isolation among older individuals as part of their Age-friendly Manchester Strategy by making their spaces and services more age-friendly. In 2022, Manchester libraries received ‘Age-friendly Libraries’ status, showing their commitment to age-friendly standards.
