Manchester Libraries want to create a record of the month of April across the whole city. We’re creating a snapshot of the city and need your help! During April share your photos, videos, stories, sounds and audio about life in Manchester.
Use any of these platforms and don’t forget to tag your stuff with #ourmcrhack.
Twitter – for images, text, pictures and short videos
SoundCloud – for audio and text
YouTube – for videos and text
Email text based stories to email@example.com
Don’t forget to use the #ourmcrhack tag .
And let us know where you’d like us to pin this on our interactive map – either a postcode of road/town in Manchester.
Your content can be about your daily commute, workplace, home life, pets, hobbies, or a
big night out! It’s all about you and your life.
Then on Saturday 28 April you’re invited to a Creative Hackathon at Central Library. At the hackathon we’ll use the information we’ve collected to create a record of April 2018 in Manchester. You’ll be able to see the results on the Archives+ website.
Book here to join in the hackathon!
It’s your chance to tell your story of your life in Manchester.
Get going – send us your content NOW!
Please remember that by submitting your files you are agreeing to the Our Manchester Creative Hackathon terms and conditions.
