Tech Connect is Manchester Central Libraries device advice drop in. Join us to get the most out of your computer or mobile device.
Need help with your device or want to try out a different one? Join us every Tuesday morning from 10am to 12 noon on the third floor of Central Library.
If you are having trouble understanding, using or getting the best out of your internet enabled device why not pop down and see if we can help. You may also want to try a different device; we can help with that as well.
Our friendly volunteers are here to guide you through device usage and troubleshoot any issues you might have. Bring your own device or borrow one of ours (sorry, they can’t be taken home). You can try out a different operating system or learn how to carry out a certain task. If we don’t know the answer, we will point you in the right direction of someone who does!
Please note, we cannot repair broken or faulty tech equipment or guarantee to solve everything! You can get hands-on experience with the latest tech. Devices available for use:
