Manchester Libraries held the first of two half-day staff conferences on Wednesday 20th November. In advance of the day, staff at each of our libraries and major services created a storyboard to show highlights of their library over the last year, to celebrate achievements and detail key elements of their local offer for customers. These were then displayed so that all staff could see the breadth of the offer across the city. The boards show the wide variety of things that we do and the impact that libraries have on their communities.
If you’d like to pop in and see all the amazing things that our libraries offer across the city, the exhibition of library boards in now on display in the Reading Room at Central Library until the end of December 2024.
