Children’s Gardening Week

Children’s Gardening Week runs from 23 – 31 May 2026, just in time for the school holidays!

The aim of National Children’s Gardening Week is to inspire children’s curiosity, whilst the warm weather is a great time to see speedy results of seed sowing, planting and other gardening activities. 

Celebrate nature with us at your local library and come along to take part in a free craft…

Decorate your own wooden plant pot to take home and while you’re there you can even plant a bulb or seeds to go in it!
